Zero Tolerance Policy Any account found to be involved in CSAE-related activity is permanently banned immediately and reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C).

Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Sikar Dating and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:

  • Sexualization of minors in any form, including in profile descriptions, messages, or shared media
  • Sextortion or coercion targeting minors
  • Human trafficking of any kind, particularly involving minors
  • Any content that normalizes, promotes, or glorifies sexual abuse of children

How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior on Sikar Dating that you believe involves the exploitation of a minor, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

  1. In-App Reporting: Tap the report button on any user profile or within a chat conversation.
  2. Email: Send a detailed report to safety@sikardating.app
  3. Support Page: Contact us through the Support section in the app.

Our Response Process

Response Timeline All CSAE-related reports are treated as emergency priority and are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.
  1. Immediate Action: The reported account is suspended immediately pending investigation.
  2. Investigation: Our safety team reviews the reported content, account history, and all associated data.
  3. Law Enforcement Notification: Confirmed violations are reported to NCMEC (via CyberTipline), Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), and local law enforcement authorities within 24 hours.
  4. Evidence Preservation: All relevant data and evidence is preserved and provided to law enforcement as required by applicable law.
  5. Permanent Ban: Confirmed violators are permanently banned from the platform with no option for appeal.
  6. Victim Support: If a victim is identified, we cooperate fully with authorities and support organizations to ensure their safety.
